I hate to do this and i hate to bad mouth anyone but DA**IT im so f-in mad!! anyways so 2 months ago i go to a DNA authorized dealer and purchase my 21" 3x5 wheel(52 fat spoke) was always told it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. so 2 weeks rolls in and i call my guy at the shop and ask and he said nope he will let me know. so now a month rolls by and im gettin a lil mad. so we call DNA and they say oh we have to call you back so they do 3 hours later and tell us that they havent recieved parts back from powder coat yet. which doesnt make sense. my guys at the shop know Paul who places the orders for DNA and sends out to powder coat so we placed the order 2 days before they ship out. they say week tops to powder coat is back and another week to assemble. hints "2 WEEKS" anyways well know a month and half rolls by and we call again. they say they have ran out of spokes. so another week maybe 2 so finally 2 months and 2 weeks i have my wheel. first off worst customer service people to talk to, 2nd Paul your *** bag, and if you buy from DNA dont hold your breath. they do how ever make bad a** wheels. now im hoping im not going to have an issue with anything like i have read about spokes breaking. so crossing my fingers!
