Is there any way to modify a 97 and newer seat to fit a 1995 Road King. I know the 97 and newer has the tongue on the seat and the 94 -96 Road Kings have the tongue on the tank. Any help would be great. Thanks

If it is a Harley factory seat it has a plastic type seat pan. I had a 95 Road King and I don't know what year the seat was I got that had a longer tongue on it and I just pulled the staples out of the seat and cut back the foam and plastic so it did not run up on the tank like the full baggers do. I just pulled they vinyl down under after trimming off some excess and restapled it with an electric stapler and it worked fine. If that is what you are trying to do, I was not certain of your question (tongue on the tank?).
