Ok so I just bought my first Bagger. I have been doing alot of research on the 21" front wheel mod. I am definately going to be updating my 98 RK with a 21" front wheel. I am deployed in Afghanistan right now so I have all kinds of time to figure out what it is going to take. A few things that I cant find answers to and I am hoping you guys can help me out. 1~ I have read horror stories about handling issues. Most are saying a lowering kit solves the trail problems. Anyone else know or expierence this problem? 2~ Other then the wheel and tire what other changes will have to be made? IE:Fender, Brake rotor, Fork Stops? 3~ If the trail is an issue does changing to an 18" rear wheel fix the problem without lowering the bike?
If anyone has any suggestions on how to make this Modification with the least amount of problems any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance all!

Hey I have had a lot of time also I have been deployed to Kuwait since january and am looking forward to getting back on my 09 road glide. I have read that if you use the stock front fender on a 21 inch wheel set up you will have to make the rear mounting holes on the front fender bigger using 3/8 inch tool to make sure it does not rub the tire.
