Apparently the front tires [maybe the back too] on 09 Touring bikes are cupping, and now HD is swapping them out. the do look at the depth apparently too. So if you are experiencing cupping then get to the dealer. I think this is an 09 touring issue specifically the dunlops.

Anyhow, they swap the Dunlop 407 for 408s. This doesn't happen on Michelin, Avon, or Metzlers, so if you swapped, your good to go.
