I also have a '09 Street Glide and had a problem, just not that one. The primary can be slid over to make clearance, however the nuts on the inside of the fender used for attaching it to the struts will rub. If you disassemble the fender and shave the backing nuts down you can make clearance.

How did you two make out with the install of the 200mm rear tire? I just bought some new PM Torque wheels with matching two piece rotors and Metzler Tires. 21" front wheel and 200mm rear tire. No problem with the fit or installing the rear wheel on my 09 FLHX. The 21" front wheel is supposed to go on with no problem but the seller recommended I drill out the two rear holes of the front fended 1/8" to give me a 1/16" extra clearance. Some have had their tires rub against the fender, burning the paint. Mechanic did this very easy drill and both wheels and tires are on the bike and it looks great with no issues, (yet). I did put a HD lowering kit in (one inch lower). Curious how you made out with the 200mm install?
