I want to put a 21"x3.00 on my 04 heritage.I have been told that no one makes a 130/70x21 in a whitewall only a 90/70x21 and it is not recomended to put the on a 3" wheel.Is a 21x2.15 to narrow for this bike?Is it unsafe to mount the narrow tire on the 3" wheel?  

If you don't mind a smaller white wall than what you might have with a tradional white wall, you can do it. I have an Avon, 90/90X21 Whitewall on my 21X4 inch custom made Dayton American Wire Wheel. I will tell you this, my rim and tire do not meet flush, and in this case I highly recommend using an inner tube just in case you hit a pot hole and so that the air does not rush out. I have had it on my bike for over a year and not once has it been an issue, but I do check my air pressure regularly, and it's always been fine. Sorry to butt in, but who is V rubber? I have a 99 ultra I am stripping down and am going to put a 21" by 3" 80 spoke on it and have to have a whitewall, but am scared of it coming off rim.

why is it that you cant find a wide whitewall for a 3.5 21" wheel but when you look at big worms bike in the latest issue it is listed as a metzler 150/50-21 on the specs sheet
