First service [1000 mi - 1600 km] is due. Service Department says they're booked til May. Dropped the Engine oil @ 600 km [prior to winter].
Bought the bike @ Dealership.

What should I do:

-Wait
-Keep Ridin'
-Drop the fluids myself.

I had to ask if you got a service contract with that flhx. If you did I'd say wait but at the same time ride it like you stole it man. My 09 FLHX is ridden daily and I have the SE synthetic while riding in LV, NV.
