I ride a 08 flhx. It is my 3rd Harley and my 1ST Bagger. I was Deployed to Iraq in 2006- 2008 and found your Mag then. Needless to say when I got home in Jan 2008 I traded in my 2007 CVO Springer (only had 300 miles on it). You and your crew have given me the insperation to get out and travel more. Hell Harley saved my marrige. I truley hope you guys...and gals are here for the long haul. I have added Sammson straight pipes, heavy breather, Bagger Bill Gator Boxes, Lizard Lights, custom lights in the bags Czar wheels....I ordered them 3 days before I got the issue you installed them on one of your shop bikes. I owe all this to you and your awsome mag. Hopfully I will see mine in your mag. The wife and kids would never hear the end of it......CASE

Hi Toph & Jeff, been watching the mag with great interest, Luv the info on the new Victory's(got to love that you broke the news first, as far as I know) Looks like the Cross Roads & Cross Country are going to give H-D a run for their money. Yeah, I know they control 70%+ of the "Heavy" touring market, but your readers need to know about viable alternatives. Along with the Victory's, Kawasaki has the new Voyager & Nomad 1700's and I've seen news from Star about a new Stratoliner with a fairing and hard bags. Choices are expanding & you just can't be locked in/focus on one thing. besides why should Billy B. have all the fun? This is your market, Baggers, Right?? Let's see what some of the other makers have & let the public/buyer's decide ????? Your Pal, Max in Cinti....

I ride a FLSTSC 2005 classic springer.I always really like the big baggers but there is something about a springer that is too cool. I have added flh hardbags with extendions, which really works well. The sissy bar is made if twisted square bar and then chromed. The engine is stock with a stage one kit and a heavy breather. The exhaust is fishtail straight pipes that were lengthen 10 inches.I rode it for a 1000 mile straight and it took me 22hrs.I put baffel in the next weekend. I also run 20 inch ape hangers and for comfort,a mustang touring seat. This winter I'm doing the paint in red and silver with old school flames. There is also new wheels for it. You can see pics on readers rides and will post more pics as it is ready for the 2010 riding season. So check it out.
